Soda Making

Looking for something for the little ones? making delicious soda at home is easy! Simply mix together the soda extract with sugar and water and you're ready to carbonate! Pour the soda in a keg and pressurize it to force carbonate, or add some champagne yeast and pour into bottles to naturally carbonate. Simply leave the bottles at room temperature for 48-72 hours to allow pressure to build, and then put the bottles in the fridge to stop the carbonation process. Each extract is designed to make 5 gallons of soda.
