Do Your Brew Wine Club (DYBWC) is a for-profit organization that offers various types of memberships. Membership is open to anyone over the age of 21. DYBWC members receive; Four (4) Wine sessions per year, (one per quarter) which include a 6 gal wine ingredients kit, use of the facility and equipment and any other items that are required to make 6 gallons of wine.
Types of Memberships:
Premier - This level of membership includes all Cellar Craft Showcase series kits and RJ Spagnols En Premier series kits.
Vintner - This level includes any of the kits not listed above.
We carry the finest wine kits available, RJ Spagnols and Cellar Craft International. Currently we are the only store in Colorado to carry Cellar Craft kits.
Handcrafted Wines of Global Distinction
Most winemakers are restricted to making wines from only the grapes grown in their immediate areas. They all can and do make fine wines, but they are clearly limited in the styles that they can produce. At CellarCraft, we have a global network of grape suppliers. We usually have at least 30 different grape stocks from three continents in our cellars. Our winemaker has an unmatched choice of juices with which to make superb wines of all styles. We offer classic wines from all major areas. Discover, compare, and enjoy the regional differences. Our regional wine styles are each clearly labeled so you know what you will be getting when you pull the cork. Perhaps more importantly, we can marry grapes from two, three, or four regions to produce a wine that surpasses the quality of wines made only from “local” grapes. This global flexibility allows us to present wines far beyond the scope of regionally restricted winemakers. A Merlot made from choice grapes from three continents, for example, can make a truly outstanding wine that surpasses the limits imposed by regional borders. - 4 week, 7.5l format using varietal juice and international concentrate
- Bottle ready in as little as 4 weeks
- Trans-regional blends known as "Global Cuvee" or the unique "Regional Classics."

RJ Spagnols Grand Cru kits;
• 4 week, 10l wine kit ideal for those looking for a premium 4 week wine kit
• Minimum aging 1–2 months
• The International Collection offers 10 easy-to-drink wines drawn from recognized winemaking regions around the world
All inclusive session which includes the kit, 30 bottles, 30 corks, 30 labels and shrink hoods. All wine sessions include the use of equipment, filtering of your wine and clean up by staff. Price for Reds and whites are $189.95
Cellar Craft Sterling Collection kits;
- For an extra investment of about $0.50/bottle, upgrade to a 5 week kit that you will proudly serve for special meals and guest.
- 12l kits produce wines with more pronounced character, more body, and more flavor.
- Reds contain a unique, varietal-specific Virgin Crushed Grape pack for true fermented on the skins flavor and aromas.
- Reds bottle in 5-6 weeks and the whites can be enjoyed with only 2-4 weeks of cellaring. Reds will require a few months to show their charm.

RJ Spagnols Cellar Classic kits;

• Cellar Classic Winery Series includes a winery grape pack providing true “on the skins” fermentation, deep color extraction, chewy tannins, tantalizing flavors and complex aromas
• Cellar Classic Harvest Collection showcases the best of the harvest from around the world by offering country specific wine styles
• Cellar Classic is a premium 6 week wine kit with a shorter ageing time

RJ Spagnols Cru Select kits;
• Cru Select features a 16 litre, 6 week wine kit
• Minimum aging 4-6 months
• Platinum line has country-specific wine kits to satisfy all tastes
• RQ line offers a special limited release line showcasing four up-and-coming country-specific wine kits. Popular products are added into the permanent Platinum line.

Cellar Craft Show Case Collection kits;
- 6 week, 18l format using unique regional vineyard specific sourcing, showcase wines will reflect subtle, and not so subtle, differences from vintage to vintage.
- Bottle ready in as little as 6 weeks, may require lengthier processing and cellaring time to show at their peak.
- Distinction may come from breakthrough technology, such as exclusive Crushed Grape Packs or the unique two-stage oaking system.

All kits listed above may be purchased and made in our facility without the bottles, corks, shrink hoods and labels. Service fee for using our facility is $45.00 per session + the cost of the kit.
